Mrs bay was on mc today!! Roars.. only me and cheemeng in the first lab.. nid to do all those stuff alone.. argghh stress... tio scolded by ms lye.. lols.. no choice.. I am worried about going to the pathogen lab on wed. as i am not realliy familarise with all the equipment and my theory realli sux. fk.. all those theory forgotten already!!! ROARSSS. realli nid to learn from the start... especially the incubating temp.



APW ---> Vibrio cholerae >>> 35oC

BPW ---> Salmonella >>> 35 / 41 degree celsius >> egg,

1/2 Fraser broth ----> Listeria 30 oC

shigella broth ----> shigella

campylobacter broth ---> campylobacter ----> 35oC

Rev broth ---> Escherchia coli ---> 35 oC

Suppose to go pathogen lab today. But because serence have took leave... And she will return back to work on wednesday. So I will be going to pathogen lab on wed.. tired. alot of stuff to do.
