First day of attachment.. I am super afraid.. scared and STRESS
ok.. early in the morning, i took cab ..
well, most taxi driver dont know how to go perahu road..
so 2 cab rejected to drive me there.. =(
wait and wait.. and it is almost 8am already... so the next cab.. I just told him i was in rush of time.. ..and i asked him to try to drop me off somewhere around lim chu kang area. lols.. he asked me 'where is perahu road??' lols.. and give me his street directory.. to find map for him.. think he turn circles and circles.. tt why my cab fare today is super expensive.. then when i reach.. i was being brief and informed tt i will be attached to micro lab for 10 march until 25 april.. and then from 28 april i will be in the pesticides resicides department.. haha.. I think tt it is a good opportunity for me to be able to try out both of the department =) at least i dun have to do repeated stuff daily.. lols..
ok.. there was also a other attachment students from NUS, NP and SP tt have been working for some times in the micro lab.. at least one week before me or so.. lols..
ok basically my job scope is do microbiological food testing..
At first, i was told to count colonies.. zzz.. counting colonies is realli boring.. lols..
especially when using machine.. labelling of plate is also boring.. lols..
i get to spread plates, prepare camphylobacter media.. haha.. now they i know how to prepare media.. nid supplements.. and all those other ingredient..
and i also get to test all those food samples.. like fishball, meat, tuna, etc...
it's quite fun there ba.. firstly we did the dilution.. lols..
learning how to use machines and other equipment to pour buffer phosphate in to the bags.. to weight the bags.. to stomachakle the bag.. then using pipette to place in various agar.. and do spread plate.. lols.. but i am quite stress.. cause all those other attachment student did very well... lols.. of cuz.. we completed all our plating at 4 plus.. and start to sit there to chat while waiting for time to pass.. lols.. cause e bus will only arrive at 6.. lols.. ok.. i reached home around 7plus.. tired.. totally no mood to quarrel with somebodys
